Reservations require a 100% advanced deposit at the time of booking and are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the check in date.
Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival date. You will be refunded your full deposit, minus a flat $50 fee if canceled with more than 14 days notice. If canceled with less than 14 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Children 12 and up are allowed in our house and big cottages. Studios are suitable for two adults.

1.3 miles, a 3-minute drive or 20-ish minute walk. Beach cruisers are available for your convenience!

While we do not have any onsite dining, we are just minutes away from the best restaurants in Kennebunk and Kennebunkport.
