Frequently Asked Questions

Standard Daily Rate: Reservations require a 50% advanced deposit at the time of booking. Remaining 50% is due upon checkout.

Discounted Rates: Reservations require a 100% advanced deposit at the time of booking and are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.

Standard Daily Rate: Reservations are fully cancellable up to 14 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded minus a flat $50 fee if cancelled with more than 14 days notice. If reservations are cancelled with less than 14 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable and forfeited to The Wanderer.

Discounted Rates: 100% advanced deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled at any time. Deposit is forfeited to The Wanderer.

Our rates below are the starting price and do not include taxes or fees.
Studio Cottage – $229/night
1-bedroom Cottage – $275/night

We have Studio Cottages, two of which are designated dog friendly, and 1-bedroom Cottages, each with one queen bed. Our 1-bedroom cottages feature more space and a living room.

Due to the petite nature of the cottages, we are unable to accommodate children.

Children 12 and up are allowed in our house and big cottages.

Check-In: 3:00 – 8:00 P.M.
Check-Out: 11:00 A.M

While we do not have any onsite dining, we are just minutes away from the best restaurants in Kennebunk and Kennebunkport.
