Take Over the Whole Place
Seventeen cottages, a three-bedroom house, a heated salt water pool, a sauna, fire pits, and lawn games — all of it, just for your people.
We host wedding weekends, corporate retreats, brand shoots and content partnerships, family reunions, milestone birthdays, and private gatherings of every kind. Because we’re a cottage property rather than a hotel, everyone gets their own front door, their own bathroom, and their own porch — and you still get the run of the grounds.
We’re open May through December. Shoulder-season buyouts are our best value, and fall on the Maine coast is genuinely the prettiest time to be here.

A Court of Cottages
An all-inclusive ACOTAR 6 reading retreat · October 27–29, 2026
After 5 long years, ACOTAR 6 launches at midnight on October 27th.
Celebrate and read with us! Everything included: your cottage, every meal, every activity, every drink at the fire. Nothing to plan and nothing else to pay for. Seventeen cottages, and that’s the whole guest list.
Tuesday — Release day. Food trucks and drinks at Rita’s. Merch shop in reception. Games or read by the fire.
Wednesday — Wander Around Velaris. Breakfast delivered to your doorstep. Valkyrie training on the lawn with Nesta. Rest, read, with lunch provided — take a bike to see the Sidra (into Kennebunkport).
The property becomes the city with activities everywhere you look: paint night with Feyre, flower crowns with Elain, the charm bar with Amren, tunes supplied by Azriel, food trucks and drinks under the stars.
Thursday — Breakfast and goodbyes. Delivered to your door.
