YOGA ON THE LAWN
Enjoy yoga on the lawn Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:45-10:45am! Don’t worry about bringing a mat, we’ve got you covered!
During class on the lawn at The Wanderer Cottages you will be guided through a slow flow of gentler yoga postures appropriate for all levels, no matter your previous experience with the practice.
Your instructor, Jennifer Gallo, has taught in and around the Kennebunks for over a decade. She is a certified yoga instructor with 200+ hours of training in Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Reiki, and Myofascial Release.
